The Inspector...Alan Amenta
Experienced
Thru high school, college, and beyond Alan has worked as a roofer, union carpenter, plumber, electrician, framer, and finish carpenter.
He has designed and built homes on spec. One of his homes got a three page spread in a Sunset book and in the Philadelphia Inquirer magazine.
He has done renovation and historic restoration work from center city Philly to western Chester County including a few barns.

ASHI® - The American Society of Home Inspectors® is a non-profit professional society dedicated to establishing standards of excellence for professional home inspectors;
Historic Building Inspectors Association;
The Chester County Historic Preservation Network;
The Preservation Trades Network;
